Privacy Policy
The short version
We don't show ads, sell your information or track you across other apps and websites. You can play Sandlot Pinball without an account. If you create one, we keep only what's needed to save your games and show your scores on leaderboards.
Playing without an account
Your scores, statistics, power-up choices and settings are saved on your device so the game remembers your progress. They aren't sent to us. Deleting the app removes them.
If you create an account
An account is optional. It saves your game history across devices and puts your scores on the in-game leaderboards. When you create one, we collect:
- How you sign in: the email address or phone number we send your one-time sign-in code to, or the account identifier from Sign in with Apple or Google if you use one of those.
- Your player name: a randomly generated name you can change. It appears publicly on leaderboards next to your scores. It is never made from your email address or phone number.
- Your game results: each game's score, mode and time, plus totals and milestones such as games played and home runs.
We use this information only to run your account, your game history and the leaderboards. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell or rent it.
Game Center
If you're signed in to Apple Game Center, the game sends your scores and achievements to Apple for Game Center leaderboards. Apple handles that data under Apple's Privacy Policy. We don't receive your Game Center contact details. You can sign out of Game Center at any time in the Settings app.
Sharing a result
If you tap Share after a game, the game opens your device's share sheet with a short text summary. Nothing is shared unless you choose where to send it.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers who process data for us under their own security and privacy commitments:
- Supabase stores account and leaderboard data.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and handles our email.
- Apple distributes the app and runs Game Center.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
This website
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and to keep the site running.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep account information for as long as your account exists. To delete your account and everything linked to it, email privacy@tiltyardgames.com from the email address on the account, or include the phone number you sign in with. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
You can also ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct it, at the same address.
Children
Sandlot Pinball is suitable for all ages, but accounts are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections, and account data is protected by access rules so that each player can change only their own records.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
