Terms of Use
Agreement
These terms apply when you use Sandlot Pinball or any other game from Tiltyard Games LLC ("we"), and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you download a game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our games for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer them, except where the law allows it.
Accounts and player names
- Accounts are optional. Keep your sign-in method secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Player names appear publicly. Don't choose a name that is offensive, impersonates someone or includes personal information. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in our privacy policy.
Virtual balances
Any balances, credits, stakes or winnings shown in our games, including amounts shown with a currency symbol, are virtual. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, prizes or anything else of value.
Fair play
Don't cheat, use automated play, tamper with the game or its servers, or submit scores you didn't earn. We may remove scores and suspend accounts that do.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering features, including features marked beta. We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
Disclaimer
Our games and website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where the law of your home country or state requires otherwise.
